The MicroImage SWA1041 and SWA2041 Video Switches are designed for maximum flexibility. Each switch has four video inputs and one output. Any input can be selected by the front panel switches or through the remote control connector.

The switch can be remotely controlled via RS232, TTL compatible logic signals, or by switch or contact closures. TTL & switch closure control modes include binary, a "one-of" select mode, momentary and next/previous switches. The RS232 modes follow a very simple and easy to use protocol to control the unit with all ASCII characters. The switches can be set for vertical interval switching or operated fully asynchronous in any switch mode.

The SWA family of switches include the SWA1041 for composite video and monochrome  video signals or the SWA2041 for S-Video (YC) video signals. The SWA1041 has BNC connectors for the video signals while the SWA1041 has the standard S-Video 4 pin mini-DIN connectors.

These switches may also be powered from a single +12VDC power supply. A wall mount power module is included for 120VAC/60Hz operation. A universal power supply that will operate from 120 to 230VAC, 50/60Hz is optionally available. The SWA1041 and SWA2041 have a one year warranty.
